I was deeply shocked upon hearing the news on demise of your respectful father, Heydar Aliyevich Aliyev. The outstanding politician, great man and patriot, genuine son of Azerbaijan passed away. He passed the lifetime, which is worth respecting, esteeming, and written into the history of Azerbaijan. Heydar Aliyev took care of the destiny of Azerbaijan and its people until his last days. His name and great deeds to the benefit of his homeland will remain in the thankful memory of people.

On these difficult days, I share the burden of the irreparable loss with you. I commiserate with you, your relatives and all the people of Azerbaijan. May the soul of the great son of Azerbaijan rest in peace.
