Accept my deepest condolences on the demise of Heydar Aliyevich. The people of Azerbaijan suffered the irreparable loss. The talented politician, outstanding leader-reformer, man who had deep knowledge, richest professional and life expertise passed away. Genuinely, Heydar Aliyev has made an invaluable contribution to building of Azerbaijani statehood, protection of rights and freedoms of citizens, prosperity of the native Azerbaijan.
On these sad days, I deeply sympathize and share sorrow with you and all the people of Azerbaijan. Heydar Aliyev will live in our hearts eternally.
