I mourn with you the irreparable loss. It is impossible to evaluate the role and contribution of this great man – Aliyev Heydar Aliyevich in development and strengthening of Azerbaijan, building new Azerbaijan Republic. Tremendous knowledge, leadership talent, firm political will and high human qualities brought to Heydar Aliyevich great authority not only in Azerbaijan but also far beyond its borders. Grateful memory of Heydar Aliyev will remain in the hearts of millions. I am shocked at this loss and express to You, Ilham Heydarovich, the deepest, sincere condolences. As a man who new Heydar Aliyevich very well, I clearly imagine who severe is this loss to You, Your family and all the people of Azerbaijan.
