With deep sorrow learned of the passing away of Your father on December 12 of the current year. On this sad occasion I offer to You our deepest condolences on behaf of myself and the Republic of Austria.

In the person of Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan lost wise and experienced statesman who had great services to the country.
