We express deep sorrow on the demise of great son of Azerbaijani people, outstanding political and public figure Heydar Aliyev. His services to his country are really great. Azerbaijan has managed to become true democratic, developing state and full member of the international community. On can say literary that Heydar Aliyevich made particular contribution to the cause of formation and development of independent Georgian state. His one more great merit is that the new and unique relations have been established for the last decade between our countries. That is exactly why the loss of Heydar Aliyev is irreparable to both Azerbaijan and Georgian people who loved him sincerely.
The people of Georgia mourn his loss with You. We believe that You will worthily continue the cause initiated by Heydar Aliyevich. Our friendship and brotherhood will further continue and developed.
