Allow me to extend to You my sincere condolences on the death of your father, President Mr. Heydar Aliyev.

It is with a deep sorrow we have learned of his passing away. This is a great loss not only for relatives but also equally for us – the people who had a chance to meet him in person.

Your Excellency, at these difficult times, accept, please, the expression of deep condolence and solidarity with you and all the people of Azerbaijan.
