Dear Ilham Heydarovich,

With the sense of deep sorrow, we heard the news on passing of Your father President Heydar Aliyev. Passing was the great son of the Azerbaijani people, political figure of world scale. All his life, Heydar Aliyevich devoted to his people. For many years, Heydar Aliyev led Azerbaijan, devoting his strength and talent to the welfare of the country. Becoming a President, in a short period, Heydar Aliyevich turned Azerbaijan to country, confidently and successfully moving along the path of progress and prosperity, towards a worthy and respected member of the world community.

I express my deep condolence to You, the natives and relatives of Heydar Aliyevich, all the people of Azerbaijan. The blessed memory on Heydar Aliyevich will forever remain in hour hearts.
