Dear President,

I was given the honor to familiarize with great statesmen of Turkic world, esteemed Heydar Aliyev in the course of concerts, I have gave in Azerbaijan, in 1974. We have met, as old friends at the ceremony dedicated to the 75th anniversary of establishment of the Republic of Turkey. As all Turkish people, so I am fell in love with great leader of Turkic world Heydar Aliyev.

I was deeply grieved on his passing. Let Allah rest his soul in peace.

I extend condolence to all of us.
