I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news on passing of Your father. I still remember my exchange of views with him in October 1998.
In the person of Heydar Aliyev, the country by name Azerbaijan has lost an outstanding man, who has done a lot for successful economic and political development of the country. Along the decade, as a President, he solved the destiny of Azerbaijan, and for ensuring of the political stability in the region and for the deeds in the name of development of economy, infrastructure, was recognized over the world.
Likewise, we, with great respect and consideration want to underline his great attention to cooperation with our company, basing on mutual trust. In this sense, we shall continue our efforts on the path of much more development of our long-term ties with Your country.
I express sincere condolence to Your people, and personally to You on the great loss, You and Your nation is experiencing.
