Dear Mr. Ilham Heydar olgu,

I express my deep condolence to You and the people of Azerbaijan on the disease of Heydar Alirza olgu Aliyev, father of the Azerbaijani nation, highly esteemed and unforgettable President. You must be confident that I support Heydar Aliyev’s course of strengthening independence and sovereignty of the Republic, unification of the society and its economic development.

Thanks to the farsighted and wise policy of Heydar Alirza oglu connected with the preparation of high quality personnel, I, the third year student of the Oil Academy, in 1973 came to conitnue my education at the Dresden Technical University and graduated from the University in 1974 with distinction. As a student of Heydar Alirza olgu, I will keep forever the deep sense of thankfulness to him.

In these heavy days for our people, I am with You and bow before our President, highly esteemed Heydar Alirza olgu.
