World community is deeply saddened with the news on the untimely demise of your father – legendary, peace-loving man who devoted his life to serving his people, leader of the political and ideological life of the country, genius, superb orator, wonderful organizer and inspirer – Aliyev Heydar Alirza oglu.

And we, grateful sons of homeland, serried staff of restaurant “Baku-Palace”, bearing the name of our favorite nation, bow our heads to the sorrow that struck us all. Accept our deep and sincere condolences.

Let Allah rest his soul in peace.
