Allow to express You and Azerbaijani nation the sincerest condolences connection with the loss of the national leader of Azerbaijani nation and the politician of world-wide fame far-sighted and wise Head of his nation – Heydar Aliyev.
I was shocked by the information about the death of Heydar Aliyev. The pain of loss was very strong because I knew that legendary man personally and with proud I considered myself his friend.
I have two motherlands: the Great Britain and India. I am proud of great people of those countries. And today, thinking about Heydar Aliyev and having a feeling of a big loss, without an exaggeration, I compare him with Winston Churchill and Javahirlal Neru. These great people dedicate all their life to happiness and well being of their nation. In modern world I don not know a second such Head who inherited from predecessors, in fact a ruined country, and within a short period of time could convert it into a developing and prosperous country.
The loss is huge, and the pain is unendurable. However, we are sure you too, Mr. President and the Azerbaijani nation will stand this ordeal with an honor and will worthily continue the job started by Your Father, by the Father of all Azerbaijani nation.
Today, at these difficult days we are with you, with Azerbaijani nation. The misfortune that reached Azerbaijani nation, the grief and pain of unsubstitutable loss call us – the investors to implement our activities with doubled efforts for the sake of implementation of great plans of Heydar Aliyev, for the sake of prosperity of Azerbaijani nation.
