All the world’s countries, in particular, Azerbaijan people were deeply hurt on the passing away of the outstanding statesman, architect of independent of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev who secured a worthy place in the international politics, made a contribution to peace in the world, worked for long years for the sake of fraternity of peoples, recognition of Azerbaijan, which is situated in the most complex and strategic world’s region and enriched with the wealth of the Caspian Sea, among world leading countries.
I extend by condolences to the family members and relatives, all the people of Azerbaijan. Let Allah rest his soul in peace.
