It is with the sense of sorrow that I heard the news on the death of the eminent statesman, wonderful man, dear friend President Heydar Aliyev. The history will proudly remember this personality who following Soviet Union’s break-up, in crisis period, overcame lots of obstacles, showed a great ability to secure Azerbaijan’s existence. However, having become a symbol of Azerbaijan that is his creation he will live in people’s hearts.
I beg Allah to rest his soul and wish tolerance and restraint to his family, relatives, Azerbaijani people and Turkic world.
