I learn with great shock in the new about the sudden death of your father Mr. Heydar Aliyev. He was a great person and an able leader of your country. I remember my meetings with him over the last eight years very clearly. Especially the one in which he honored me with the “Order of Glory “ of Azerbaijan.
May God rest his soul in peace and give courage to you and your family to bear this tragic loss. I am confident the legacy that he left will be forward by you in the best interest of the people of Azerbaijan.
