PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJANHIS EXCELLENCY,MR. ILHAM ALIYEV

It is with deep regret that I have learnt of the passing of Turkic World honor, influencial person of the political life of Azerbaijan courageous and fighting man, statesman who devoted his life to serving the Turkic world and left traces on the 34 years long destiny of Azerbaijan. I extend condolences to his son, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, his family, relatives, friends and the friendly people of Azerbaijan with whom we have the same history, language, religion and destiny.
