Dear President Aliyev,
On behalf of the Keppel Group of Companies in Singapore and Caspian Shipyard Company in Baku, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the people of Azerbaijan and to you and your family.
Azerbaijan has lost a great leader, the World has lost a great statesman, your and your family have lost a great patriarch. The foreign community in Baku and Azerbaijan has enjoyed stability and security under the leadership of Heydar Aliyev. The world has witnessed the elections and smooth transfer of Presidency from Heydar Aliyev to Ilham Aliyev.
The 40th day anniversary of the demise of Heydar Aliyev will coincide with the Day of the Martyrs in observance of the sacrifice of Azeris. Heydar Aliyev is a Martyr. He looked after the people and he sacrifice for the people. The big number of people who paid tribute at the funeral and during the seven days of mourning was a huge attestation of the love, affection and respect for the Man they deemed the Savoir of Azerbaijan. We join the people in their mourning of Heydar Aliyev.
A big chapter in the history of Azerbaijan has passed. A new chapter is about to begin under the leadership of Ilham Aliyev. The way is set for Azerbaijan to continue its political stability, economic diversification and prosperous growth. The Keppel Group of Singapore will lend whatever assistance needed to help Azerbaijan towards its goals.
