In Daghestan, we are especially satisfied that conclusions of the elections showed large nation support just for Your candidacy, verified and balanced course of Your father - prominent statesman and political figure of the present Heydar Aliyev.
Permit me to express my confidence that good traditions of genuine friendship, close good neighboring and mutual trust, which along centuries connect and continue to unite the peoples of Daghestan (Russia) and Azerbaijan, will further be strengthened for peace, stability and security in the Caucasus.
