On December 20, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Republic Artur Rasizadeh received Ambassador of Romania to Azerbaijan Tasim Camil, who has completed his mission in the Republic.

Mr. Tasim Camil expressed his profound condolence on passing of the outstanding statesman, national leader of Azerbaijan people Heydar Aliyev.

Having expressed his deep gratitude to Azerbaijan state for concern and promotion in the period of his activity, Ambassador stated that Romania pays high interest to Azerbaijan rich natural resources.

The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for successful fulfillment of his mission, fruitful activity aimed at further strengthening of political, economic and cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Romania.

In the course of meetings passed in a sincere atmosphere, the sides had exchange of views on expansion of trade-economic relations between Azerbaijan and Romania, as well as some other issues of mutual interest.
