SOCAR Energy Georgia, Goodwill sign Memo on cooperation

Baku, September 123 (AZERTAC). SOCAR Energy Georgia and the GOODWILL Company will cooperate in Georgia. The sides have today signed a Memo on this.

The document was undersigned by SOCAR Energy Georgia General Manager Mahir Mammadov and GOODWILL President Gogi Shevardnadze.

Under the Memo, GOODWILL will provide a supermarket and fast food object in a gas station being constructed on the Tbilisi-Poti highway and leisure complex of SOCAR Energy Georgia. The complex includes supermarket, restaurant, and fast-food, as well as tourism, bank infrastructures.

The German company Linde Ladenbau will equip the object with the modern facilities and accounting systems. The object will be put into operation in late 2012.
