Stephen j. Adler named editor-in-chief of Reuters News
Baku, February 8 (AZERTAC). Thomson Reuters, the world`s leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, today announced that Stephen J. Adler has been appointed editor-in-chief of Reuters News. Adler has also been named to the newly created position of executive vice president - News of Thomson Reuters, overseeing the entire company`s news strategy and operations. Adler succeeds David A. Schlesinger, who after four years as editor-in-chief will become chairman of Thomson Reuters China to help develop and support its growth strategy in China and build senior relationships in the region. He will also be a regular contributor on China for Reuters.
