The first house-accumulator to appear in Germany
Baku, February 17 (AZERTAC). While designers of the whole world try to invent buildings which would consume as less as possible an electricity, the German minister one foot has already stepped in the future. The head of the Ministry of building of Germany Peter Ramzauer initiated construction of an apartment house which can make twice more electricity, than its inhabitants consume. All "superfluous" energy will collect in special batteries-accumulators that tenants of the house could "charge" from the socket small cars with the electric motor.
Many motor-car manufacturers have already shown interest to this project and signalled about the readiness to unite brands, informs Immobilien Zeitung. The combination аvto+dom is represented to Germans quite paid back as on a share of transport and country available housing in total it is necessary an order of 70 % from total amount of all consumed electric power in Germany. Last orders of the government of the European Union in the field of increase of an effective expenditure of the electric power are directed on that to 2020 to achieve "zero" consumption of energy by buildings. Differently, buildings in the EU countries should consume exactly so much energy, how many can be made with use of renewed natural resources.
In the end of 2010 engineer Verner Zobek from University of Stuttgart has won competition of Minstroitelstva of Germany on the best project of a private apartment house.
Solar batteries on a house roof will make electric power enough, and some layers of a glass cover of windows, innovative architecture, the especial lay-out and technics of building will take care of economy. The total area of the house calculated on residing of one family, makes 130 sq. m, it will be constructed in the Berlin area Sharlottenburg, just opposite to the Federal state Services on building and land tenure. Within two years the new house will pass test. After three months of primary check in 2012 there for the whole year the family of volunteers from four persons will drive. Besides the zealous relation to the electric power expense, the new house can brag of ease in service, cleaning, repair and maintenance of the general technical status, and also that all materials of which it is made, can be processed anew.
