Turkish Stars perform outstanding performance in Belgium

Baku, September 12, AZERTAC

Turkish Stars, the aerobatic demonstration team of the Turkish Air Force, performed an outstanding performance in the Belgian town of Hechtel-Eksel on Sunday, Sept. 11, according to Anadolu Agency.

Turkish Stars participating in the International Sanicole Air Show performed in Belgium for the first time in 10 years.

The air show of the team, consisting of a total of six F-5 fighter jets, lasted about 30 minutes.

The team, which was established in 1992 to reinforce the Turkish people's sense of trust in the Turkish Armed Forces and to increase the interest of young people in aviation, has carried out over 600 demonstration flights so far.

The aerobatic team, which has also performed 150 events in 24 different countries, puts in outstanding performances in national holidays, and in technology and science festivals.
