On January 13, the first Vice Premier of Azerbaijan Abbas Abbasov met in Moscow the Chairman of the Russian government Mikhail Kasyanov, AzerTAj correspondent reports.

Preparation of some inter-governmental agreements, which is planned to sign in the course of the upcoming official visit of Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev to Russia, was in the focus of meeting.

Besides, the parties touched on the issues on prospects of the economic cooperation, trade-economic balance of the two countries, prospects of participation of the Russian industrial enterprises in development of Azerbaijan economy, as well as some other issues of mutual interest.
