Uzbek Prosecutor General meets Azeri internal minister
Baku, May 4 (AZERTAC). Uzbek Prosecutor General Rashitjon Kadyrov has met Azerbaijan`s internal affairs minister Ramil Usubov.
The minister praised the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan relations.
He said the foundations of the bilateral relations were laid by Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.
Usubov in particular praised the cooperation between the Azerbaijani and Uzbek law-enforcement bodies and internal affairs authorities.
“This cooperation has solid legal basis, which includes a number of agreements, protocols and other documents.”
Kadyrov highlighted justice reforms in Uzbekistan.
He praised the Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies` work to ensure stability and their fight against crime in the country.
