WUF13 participant: Azerbaijan’s initiatives in inclusive urban planning are commendable

“Events like WUF13 are highly beneficial in terms of bringing experts together, exploring best practices, and implementing what we have learned back in our own countries,” Utsav Choudhury, a representative from India participating in the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13), told AZERTAC.
“Situated at the crossroads of East and West, Azerbaijan's active role in the global urban planning agenda is evident. Your country's initiatives in the field of inclusive urban planning are commendable. For instance, an event I attended yesterday was dedicated to the rights of persons with disabilities. I believe that this event hosted by Azerbaijan is the most inclusive and accessible among all WUF events. Other nations can benefit from your country's experience,” he noted.
