10 killed, 20 injured in Jhang road accident

At least ten people were killed and 20 injured in road accident in Jhang near Nasirabad early Saturday morning, local media reported on Saturday.
A bus collided with a truck, killing 10 people, including some women, and wounding 20 others”, local police said. “The passenger bus was its way from Khushab to Jhang whereas the truck was on its way to Khushab from Lahore.”
“The accident occurred because the over speed,” the police official added.
Rescue teams immediately transported the injured to District Headquarters Hospital Jhang. Some of the injured are said to be in critical condition.
The identities of the victims have not yet been ascertained.
