165 FOREIGN OBSERVES AT RE-RUN PARLIAMENT ELECTIONS IN AZERBAIJAN
165 representatives of foreign observation missions have been registered to monitor repeat elections to Milli Majlis of Republic, the Central Electoral Commission of the Azerbaijan Republic said.
The international observers, according to Chairman of CEC, mainly represent OSCE, Parliamentary Assembly of the council of Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States, separate countries, international non-governmental organizations, as well as the diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic.
Local observers registered with the CEC total 1161, and with the district election commissions - 4423. Besides, the observation is to be carried out by 552 people empowered by the candidates.
