Azerbaijani government, World Intellectual Property Organization sign MoU

Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Ali Ahmadov and Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Francis Gurry have signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the government of Azerbaijan and WIPO.
Ali Ahmadov noted that the development of intellectual property and expansion of international cooperation in this regard is a high priority for the government of Azerbaijan. He emphasized that the Azerbaijani government always supported the projects implemented by the World Intellectual Property Organization and is interested in developing cooperation with the organization.
Gurry thanked the government of Azerbaijan for supporting the projects implemented by the World Intellectual Property Organization. He underlined the importance of developing cooperation between Azerbaijan and the organization.
