Excellency,
On the occasion of the national day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the people of the Republic of Malta join me in conveying sincere greetings to Your Excellency and to the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Allow me to reiterate the desire of the Republic of Malta to continue building on the existing positive bilateral relations with the Republic of Azerbaijan, with a view to exploring new avenues of multilevel cooperation buttressed by mutual political will to ensure the successful outcome of new and meaningful initiatives that will benefit our countries and our people.
I avail myself of this opportunity, to extend my wishes of good health and serenity, as well as continued peace, progress and prosperity to your country.
I recall with pleasure the bilateral meeting we had some years back in Baku.
