® AccessBank organizes “Access2Success” project for women entrepreneurs in Guba
AccessBank has organized the first regional event of its “Access2Success” project for 2026 in the city of Guba. The project aims to encourage women’s more active participation in the business environment and support the development of their entrepreneurial skills.
The event brought together women entrepreneurs representing various fields of activity and served as an effective platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge. As part of the program, participants discussed current topics related to business management, existing market trends, and development prospects. Held in an interactive format, the meeting enabled entrepreneurs to establish new business connections, assess potential cooperation opportunities, and expand their professional networks.
Within the framework of the project, AccessBank specialists conducted training sessions covering the key areas of business management. The sessions focused on topics such as financial literacy, the legal foundations of entrepreneurship, marketing tools, and personal brand development. During the meeting, participants exchanged views on business growth, expanding sales opportunities, and building a more sustainable position in the market.
At the end of the training program, participants were awarded certificates by AccessBank.
It should be noted that AccessBank launched the “Access2Success” project in 2022. To date, the project has supported hundreds of women entrepreneurs in Baku and the regions in enhancing their business knowledge and leadership skills. Through the program, participants have gained practical knowledge in strategic planning, sales and marketing, e-commerce, human resources management, reporting, and other business-oriented areas.
AccessBank continues to support the development of women’s entrepreneurship and contribute to strengthening the business environment in the regions, as well as the sustainable growth of entrepreneurs.
