ASSEMBLY OF AMERICAN-AZERBAIJAN ASSOCIATIONS ESTABLISHED IN WASHINGTON
Assembly of American-Azerbaijan Association aimed to unite Azeris living in different states and cities of USA will be established in Washington, Nazim Ibrahimov, Chairman of the State Committee on work with Azerbaijanis living abroad told AZERTAC correspondent.
Proposal to establish such structure was for the first time discussed at the meeting of President Ilham Aliyev with Azeri compatriots in USA. The organizational works are expected to end late 2006.
