AZERBAIJAN ACCEDES TO INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS
The bill was voted for and adopted by the parliamentarians.
Chairman of the standing commission on economic policy Ziyad Samadzade informed on drafts “On connection to the Convention “On simplification of the international sea navigation”, ”On connection to the International convention “On Rescue” and “On connection to the Convention number 185 (reconsidered) “On identification documents of the seamen”.
Considering, that bills are equitable to national interests of Azerbaijan, the deputies have approved them.
Then chairman of the legal policy and state building standing committee of parliament Ali Huseynov has presented for discussion the Constitutional law “On return force of the law establishing the responsibility for the international crimes”.
On completion of discussions, the Law was adopted with 103 votes for.
At evening session of Milli Majlis in connection with application of laws “On public service”, “On State Tax", “On the state register of real estate” and ‘On the address state social assistance” have been made amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On living wage”.
Then, member of the standing committee on social policy Malahat Hasanova has presented for discussion in the second reading a bill “On the Oncological Assistance”. She has noted, that after the first reading offers of deputies and experts and also the corresponding organizations have been considered, the document became more advanced. The bill has been adopted in the second reading.
