AZERBAIJAN CENTRAL BANK SUSPENDS LEADER MONEY TRANSFER SYSTEM
Baku, June 12 (AZERTAC). The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has instructed all local banks across the country to stop operating LEADER money transfer system.
The move came after a monitoring revealed the system had carried out financial operations in Azerbaijan`s Armenia occupied-territories.
The Central Bank had earlier warned LEADER to stop illegal operations.
The Bank said it would continue taking measures to ensure sound financial intermediation.
