Azerbaijani boxer makes successful start to Strandja tournament

Baku, February 20, AZERTAC

Azerbaijani boxer Yusif Masudzade (52kg) has defeated Bulgarian Tinko Banabokov 3-2 in his opening bout at the 69th International Tournament Strandja in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Masudzade will next face Iranian Reza Suleymanifard in the quarterfinal.

The tournament brings together more than 300 boxers from 32 countries.
