Azerbaijani delegation attends 6th meeting of Assembly of International Renewable Energy Agency

Azerbaijan`s delegation is attending the 6th meeting of the Assembly of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and World Future Energy Summit (WFES) held in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
The delegation is led by deputy director of the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Jamil Malikov.
The meeting brings together government officials from over 150 countries and representatives from the private sector, civil society and international organizations. The event will also feature an international exhibition on alternative and renewable energy sources.
Azerbaijan was elected a full member of IRENA since 2009.
