Azerbaijani Embassy in Saudi Arabia hosts official reception

The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Saudi Arabia has hosted an official reception to celebrate the Independence Day.
The event was attended by Mayor of Riyadh region, Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, heads of the diplomatic missions accredited to the Kingdom and military attachés.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Shahin Abdullayev highlighted the history of the first parliamentary republic in the Muslim East, Azerbaijan`s development, the modern state-building founded by national leader Heydar Aliyev and the reforms carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. He stressed that cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan is developing day by day, and a number of joint economic projects are being implemented.
