Azerbaijani film maker receives diploma from Moscow Government

Baku, September 9 (AZERTAC). The director of “Precinct” film Ilgar Safat has been awarded with a diploma of the Government of Moscow in the 15th Forum of National Cinematographies.

The 15th Forum of National Cinematographies was organized with the support of the State Film Fund of the Russian Federation and Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund of the CIS member states as part of the “Moscow Premiere” festival.

The movie unveils the mystical story of a famous photographer, who makes a trip to his childhood.

“Precinct” is a co-production between Azerbaijan (“Narimanfilm”) and Georgia (“Georgianfilm” & “Bagira Films”) and was funded by the Azeri ministry of culture and tourism and PASHA Bank.
