Azeri chamber musicians to join TURKSOY International Youth Chamber Orchestra

Baku, July 29 (AZERTAC). Azeri musicians will perform with TURKSOY International Youth Chamber Orchestra established in 2010.

Students of the Baku Music Academy Mustafa Mehmandarov (violin), Elvin Najafov (viola) and Narim Musayev (violin) will attend the concert to be held in Ankara on Tuesday.

The concert dedicated to the 20th anniversary of independence ofTurkish countries from post-Soviet area will be conducted by Kazakh`s Anvar Akhbarov.

The concert will feature music pieces by classic European and modern Turkish composers.

The concert will bring together young musicians from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, as well as the Republic of Korea.

The chamber orchestra is expected to go on tours to member states of TURKSOY.
