Azeri painters attend International Exhibition`s opening ceremony in Poland

Baku, August 18 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani artists participated in the opening ceremony of the International Exhibition called “The journey to the east” in Białystok, Poland.

Member of Azerbaijan Artists Union Sabina Shikhlinskaya, Chingiz Babayev, Rashad Alakhbarov, Orkhnan Huseynov and member of the European Cultural Parliament Jahangir Salimkhanov represented Azerbaijan in the exhibition.

Modern art examples are demonstrating in the central streets and parks of Białystok as part of the exhibition.

The international exhibition brings together painters from Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries.

A conference attended by art curators and critics was organized within the framework of the exhibition.

The exhibition will wrap up late September.
