Azeri Professor awarded to International Prize of the Babur

Andijan, Septemebr 10 (AZERTAC). An international conference entitled "Place of Mohammed Haydar Mirza works "Tarikhi Rashidi" in the history of world culture» was held in Andijan, Uzbekistan.

The conference brought together researchers from U.S., China, Japan, India, Kazakhstan and other countries.

Azerbaijan was represented by the Professor of the Baku State University, Ramiz Asker at an international forum.

The report "Babur and Azerbaijan" by Ramiz Asker tells about Babur ’s friendship with the Shah Ismail Khatai, the Safavid and Baburs dynasties .

A presentation of the book of Ramiz Asger `Baburname` was also held at the event.

Ramiz Askar was awarded a ` Babur` international prize for the translation of the book `Babur` Selected works and" Baburname and for his outstanding achievements in the development literature of Turkic peoples.
