BAKU HOSTS EXHIBITION OF TURKISH COMPANIES
Baku, June 17 (AZERTAC). The Turkish Construction and Equipment Exhibition has opened in Azerbaijan`s capital.
Organized by the Turkish “Meridyen Fuarçılık Sanayi ve Ticaret” company, the event brings together 59 Turkish firms manufacturing construction materials and industrial equipment.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Alper Cekic, coordinator of the “Meridyen Fuarçılık Sanayi ve Ticaret” in Azerbaijan, said the exhibition aimed to familiarize local producers and consumers with the latest achievements of the Turkish companies.
Cekic expressed assurance “the goods we showcase here will soon be in popular demand on the Azerbaijani market”.
Turkish ambassador Hulusi KIlic said: “The exhibition of leading Turkish companies in Baku is a vivid evidence of Azerbaijan`s rapidly developing economy.”
“The exhibition will contribute to expanding the cooperation between our brotherly countries,” said the Ambassador.
