BAKU HOSTS IDB STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP FORUM
Baku, June 22 (AZERTAC). The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has today held a Strategic Partnership Forum in Baku, aimed at contributing to developing strategic policy dialogue and exchanging experience in tackling common challenges in IDB member countries.
Speaking to the event, Azeri economic development minister Shahin Mustafayev said his country placed a particular emphasis on cooperation with the IDB in “diversifying our economy and expanding the country`s investment opportunities”.
The minister stressed the necessity of expanding cooperation among the members states, adding “this forum is a brilliant opportunity to get it done.”
President of the IDB Group Ahmed Mohammed Ali said developing relations and strengthening the unity among the member states was a key priority of the Islamic Development Bank.
