Baku hosts Polish documentary photo festival

A festival of Polish documentary photo has opened in Baku. Organized by Sputnik Photos, Oculi Populi, Association of Azerbaijani Photographers and People You May Know network, the festival started on April 1 in Baku’s inner city - Icherisheher. The festival kicked off with an open-air exhibition of photos and photo-albums. The main exposition titled “IS NOT” arranged at the Contemporary Art Center features works dedicated to Iceland by Polish photographers Rafał Milach, Agnieszka Rayss, Adam Pańczuk, Michal Luczak and Jan Brykczyński. The festival will also include workshops for amateur photographers, screening of documentaries and meetings with visitors.
The festival closes on April 10.
