Baku to host seminar and presentation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
Baku, November 22 (AZERTAC). Baku will host a seminar on “Customer Relationship Management in Financial Institutions" next Wednesday.
The event is co-organized by Microsoft Azerbaijan, VeriPark and Avtenta.
According to the Microsoft Azerbaijan, the seminar is designed for finance managers, business development managers, specialists in budgeting and forecasting, as well as specialists in customer relationship management. The main topics of discussion will be the attraction, retention and development of customer incentives.
Within the workshop Microsoft Corporation`s manager for customer relationship management in Central & Eastern Europe Tomas Perz will inform about customer relationship management in financial institutions, Avtenta`s director for customer relationship management Dejan Blatnik will share skills how companies will be able to improve trading performance with use of multi-channel sales, and Veripark`s CEO Ozkan Erener will touch the issue of banking.
The seminar will present product Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 - a new version of flexible solution for customer relationship management.
