Azerbaijan’s Ganja and Kyrgyzstan’s Osh cities enhance cooperation

A series of events has been held in the Kyrgyz city of Osh to mark October 5 – the City Day.
Delegations from Azerbaijan’s Ganja, China’s Shijiazhuang, Türkiye’s Manisa, Uzbekistan’s Andijon and Namangan, as well as Yaroslavl, Rostov-on-Don and Irkutsk of Russia, participated in the events.
The city of Ganja was represented at the events by Adil Taghiyev, Deputy Head of the Ganja City Executive Authority. Mayor of the city of Osh Zhanarbek Akayev received the delegations from the twin cities.
The meeting focused on strengthening friendship and cooperation between the cities, developing trade and economic relations, expanding investment and tourism opportunities, as well as enhancing cooperation in the fields of culture and education.
The participants also exchanged views on prospects for implementing joint projects and expanding mutual exchange of experience.
