Baku to host Azerbaijan-UK Joint Intergovernmental Commission meeting
Baku, October 5, AZERTAC
The 8th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will be held in Baku on October 6.
The meeting is expected to feature discussions on cooperation on trade and economy, energy, healthcare, agriculture, cybersecurity, food security, transport, education and other areas, as well as the signing of relevant documents.
The co-chairs of the Commission are Parviz Shahbazov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Energy, and Anas Sarwar, UK Minister of State in the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade.
