BSU Rector honored with certificate of International Universities Council

Baku, January 6 (AZERTAC). Rector of the Baku State University, MP Abel Maharramov has been awarded a certificate of the seminar on “national values in higher education, concepts and culture as part international values” organized by the International Universities Council in Ankara, Turkey.

He received this award for accomplishments in science and education.
