Colombian news portal publishes an article about Azerbaijan

Colombian news portal "reporterosonline.com" has published an article entitled "Azerbaijan-Land of Fire".

According to the Azerbaijani Embassy in Mexico, the article is about the country's achievements in recent years. The author emphasizes process of economic development. It is also noted that natural resources and carried out major energy projects were used in strengthening the independence of the country, and for further development of the economy.

The article describes the aggressive policy of Armenia against Azerbaijan touching upon the occupation of 20 percent of Azerbaijani territory, including Nagorno-Karabakh region. The article also recalls the Colombian Senate’s demands from Armenia in 2012 to withdraw the armed forces from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
