Azerbaijani Embassy in Italy has organized a conference entitled “Nagorno Karabakh conflict” at the Azerbaijani Research and Study Centre under the Sapienza University in Rome.

President of Young Italian Researches Association on Azerbaijan and Caucasus (ASSAC), Professor Daniel Pommier, Head of Azerbaijani Research Centre in Trento Fernando Orlandi delivered speeches at the event.

The speakers analyzed the history of the conflict, steps for solving the problem, regulatory issues within the norms and principles of international law. They stressed the importance of holding such events in terms of delivering realities about the conflict to the Italian society.
